Lisa Doll Chi @ NABA (MI)

The dolls are absurd characters, a beauty made of bodies exasperated unreal and ethereal perfection. Exactly what the media company is asking us to become: icons of beauty, timeless girls always neat and well dressed. The run-up to a body without defects has long been a mass phenomenon. The image sets of perfection is tyrannical; try removing everything that makes people unique. The desire to get closer to the ideal of beauty bears no joy but only anxiety and feelings of inadequacy.
