ROME - The owner of a popular restaurant on Via Zanardelli, a few steps from Piazza Navona, was denounced by the police for fraud against the Japanese engaged couple on holiday in Rome and the restaurant was closed due to serious deficiencies sanitation. After eating two meals complete with wine and water, the couple is seen to present a bill of € 579.50. At first they thought the two tourists in an error, but doubts have failed when they returned in the possession of the credit card on the receipt showed that the total was even added a handful of € 115.50, taken without their permission. Despite protests, the restaurant remained adamant: these are the prices! So the two have made a complaint to the police station Trevi Campo Marzio. The officers have completed the checks in 'business and it was found that the price charged to two Japanese did not correspond to the menu. Staff members also requested health checks by the Food Hygiene and Nutrition Service of ASL RMA, who ordered the immediate closure of serious sanitary deficiencies, after having found structural deficiencies, dirty environments and refrigerators are not functioning.
